Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please email us at Jonathan@poketherapy.com, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing fee from the initial transaction. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
