Welcome to PokeTherapy! By accessing or purchasing from our website (PokeTherapy.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.
1. General Terms

2. Product Listings & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product details (including images) are error-free.

Sealed Products & Singles: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect. See our Return Policy for details.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders:

If an order contains a Pre-Order or Back-Order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

If you want in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.

Pre-Orders are charged immediately and subject to a 5% cancellation fee if canceled before shipment.

Price Changes & Errors:

Prices are subject to change at any time.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Payments & Billing

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Payments are processed immediately upon checkout, including Pre-Orders.

Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension or legal action.
4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

We do not accept returns on sealed products due to the nature of the TCG industry. However, if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at Jonathan@poketherapy.com to resolve the issue.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day(s).

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes or re-route the package.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at Jonathan@poketherapy.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Users may be required to create an account for purchases and order tracking.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
