Shipping policy

Please read before placing a Pre-Order

When placing a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) on PokeTherapy, please note that all items in your cart will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item is available.

  • If a Pre-Order item has a release date one month away, your entire order will ship in one month.

  • If you want in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for those items.

  • Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.

Payment & Cancellations

  • Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged immediately upon checkout.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing fee from the original transaction. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
